What are the age restrictions for the playhouse?
Our playhouse is designed for children between the ages of 0 and 6, but we do offer some options for our older kiddos; air hockey, arcade machine, LEGO wall, and board games.

Do parents or guardians needs to pay an entry fee to the playhouse?
One parent or guardian is included with each child. Additional parents or guardians are $5 each.

Can I bring my own food or snacks into the playhouse?
Snacks and drinks are allowed, but please clean up your area before leaving.

What safety measures are in place at the playhouse?
The safety of your children is our top priority. We maintain a clean and sanitized play area, and our staff members are trained to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

What is your cancellation policy.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our customers while maintaining the quality of our services. Please review our cancellation policy below:
No Refunds: Once a play session is booked and paid for, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations due to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, illness, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your play session, you must notify us via email at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session start time will not be accommodated.
Email Notification: Rescheduling requests must be submitted via email to info@littleollyopry.com. Please include your name, time and date of play session, and preferred new date and time for the play session in your email. Our team will respond promptly to confirm the rescheduled booking, subject to availability.
Late Rescheduling: If you fail to provide the required 24-hour notice for rescheduling or do not show up for your scheduled play session, you will forfeit the session without the option of rescheduling or receiving a refund.
Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, such as documented medical emergencies or unforeseen events, we may consider exceptions to our policy. Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing along with supporting documentation, and approval is subject to management discretion.
Policy Acceptance: By booking a play session at Little Olly Opry Playhouse, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our cancellation and rescheduling policy as outlined above.
